This sequence was originally developed by Bikram Choudry and it is part of a larger series of postures in the Bishnu Gosh lineage. Hot 26 works to increase strength and flexibility in joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles, and bones, while also providing a cardiovascular workout. The spine and pelvis are targeted areas in all postures. In Hot26 Silent is a 75 minutes and teacher practices with class and cues the beginning and end of the pose. Hot26 express is a 60 minute practice.Your instructor will be practicing with the class and will cue the start of postures and when to transition out of postures and important alignment and breath cues.
